第二十八屆中國(guó)旅德學(xué)者化學(xué)化工學(xué)會(huì)（德文簡(jiǎn)稱GCCCD^®）年會(huì)暨學(xué)術(shù)討論會(huì)將于二零一六年十月二十八日至三十日首次在德國(guó)巴伐利亞州州府慕尼黑市舉行。本屆年會(huì)的主題是：化學(xué)化工與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。年會(huì)討論題目包括可再生能源，環(huán)境保護(hù)，新材料，有機(jī)合成及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)等。年會(huì)旨在匯聚在德化學(xué)化工領(lǐng)域的華人，增進(jìn)相互了解，加強(qiáng)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)部的溝通，為進(jìn)一步的合作提供便利的平臺(tái)。中國(guó)旅德學(xué)者化學(xué)化工學(xué)會(huì)是由正在或曾經(jīng)在德國(guó)從事化學(xué)化工及相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)或工作的華人所組成的專業(yè)性、非營(yíng)利性公益組織。學(xué)會(huì)于一九八八年七月二十四日在德國(guó)波恩成立，并于同年十一月二十二日在卡爾斯魯厄地方法院登記注冊(cè)。學(xué)會(huì)目前擁有約三百名正式注冊(cè)會(huì)員，他們活躍在德國(guó)、中國(guó)以及世界各地的學(xué)術(shù)界和工業(yè)界。一九八九年三月，學(xué)會(huì)作為海外分會(huì)加入了中國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)，其地位與中國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)國(guó)內(nèi)省級(jí)地方分會(huì)等同。近兩年來(lái)，學(xué)會(huì)和中國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)保持著密切聯(lián)系。二零一五年一月，學(xué)會(huì)以單位會(huì)員身份加入中國(guó)化工學(xué)會(huì)。同時(shí)，學(xué)會(huì)還是全歐專業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)的創(chuàng)始會(huì)員和理事會(huì)員。自一九八八年成立以來(lái)，學(xué)會(huì)已經(jīng)成功地在德國(guó)波恩、海德堡、亞琛、柏林、斯圖加特、漢堡、烏爾姆、法蘭克福以及卡爾斯魯厄等地舉辦了二十七屆全德范圍內(nèi)的年會(huì)暨學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)。

第二十八屆年會(huì)組委會(huì)誠(chéng)摯地邀請(qǐng)各界人士參與，歡迎投稿(口頭或墻報(bào))，共同交流。年會(huì)期間學(xué)會(huì)將頒發(fā)第二屆“GCCCD^®優(yōu)秀博導(dǎo)獎(jiǎng)”及第一屆優(yōu)秀墻報(bào)獎(jiǎng)。年會(huì)對(duì)參會(huì)人員免費(fèi)注冊(cè)。學(xué)會(huì)給外地參會(huì)會(huì)員預(yù)定酒店并補(bǔ)助會(huì)議酒店的雙人標(biāo)間一晚(40歐/人，10月28日)，補(bǔ)助方式是會(huì)后憑酒店發(fā)票向?qū)W會(huì)申請(qǐng)。參會(huì)人員路費(fèi)自理；學(xué)會(huì)為報(bào)告者報(bào)銷部分路費(fèi)。10月28日晚，學(xué)會(huì)將為參會(huì)會(huì)員提供歡迎晚宴，并于29日會(huì)議當(dāng)天提供中式快餐和茶歇。28日下午14點(diǎn)開(kāi)始中德化工企業(yè)宣講會(huì)。29日有分會(huì)場(chǎng)舉辦化工公司招聘面試活動(dòng)(僅限已提交申請(qǐng)者)。30日學(xué)會(huì)為已經(jīng)報(bào)名的50名參會(huì)會(huì)員和嘉賓組織大巴游，參觀慕尼黑寧芬堡宮殿。

受邀報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介

HerbertMayr studied chemistry at the University of Munich (LMU) and obtained his PhDin 1974 under the direction of R. Huisgen. After postdoctoral studies with G.A. Olah at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, he joined thegroup of P. v. R. Schleyer at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, where hecompleted his habilitation in 1980. After professorships in Lübeck (1984 –1991) and Darmstadt (1991 – 1996) he returned to the LMU Munich in 1996, wherehe has been serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy andthe Director of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. From 2000 to 2004he was the Head of the Organic Chemistry Division of the German ChemicalSociety (Liebig-Vereinigung) and from 2004 to 2012 he was the Chairman of theReview Board “Molecular Chemistry” of the German Research Foundation (DFG). Hereceived the Alexander von Humboldt Honorary Fellowship of the Foundation forPolish Science (2004) and the Liebig Denkmünze of the German Chemical Society(2006). Herbert Mayr is a member of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and theGerman National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina. His research interests focus onquantitative approaches to organic reactivity, including the development ofreactivity scales which are applied on organometallic and organocatalyticreactions as well as on ionic polymerizations.

UlliEnglert, born in Würzburg, received his PhD in 1987 under the supervision ofJoachim Strähle in Tübingen. In 1988, he was awarded a fellowship of theEuropean Community and worked as a postdoctoral fellow with Fausto Calderazzoat Pisa University in Italy. In 1989, he joined the group of Gerhard E.Herberich in RWTH Aachen University as a research associate and established themolecular structure laboratory. He obtained the venia legendi for Inorganic Chemistry in 1997. In 2003, he wasappointed professor at RWTH. Ulli Englert is chairman of the molecularstructure group of the German crystallographic association (DGK) and aco-editor of Acta Crystallographica,Section C. His research interests include the structural chemistry ofcoordination polymers, organoplatinum and -palladium chemistry and experimentalcharge density.

KarstenReuter received his Doctoral Degree in Theoretical Physics from the UniversityErlangen-Nürnberg in 1998. After postdoctoral stays at the Fritz-Haber-Institutder Max-Planck-Gesellschaft in Berlin and the FOM-Institut for Atomic andMolecular Physics in Amsterdam, he headed an Independent Junior Research Groupat the Fritz-Haber-Institut from 2005, combined with the position of aPrivatdozent at the Free University Berlin. Since 2009 he holds the Chair ofTheoretical Chemistry at the Technische Universität München (TUM), is anadjunct professor in the TUM Physics Department, and is affiliated to the TUMCatalysis Research Center. In 2014/15 he was a visiting professor at theChemical Engineering Department of Stanford University. His research interestscenter on a quantitative multiscale modeling of materials properties andfunctions, in particular on linking predictive-quality quantum-mechanicalelectronic structure calculations with more coarse-grained statistical andcontinuum approaches. He has co-authored over 180 publications in this andrelated fields.

Harald Horn is the head of research laboratoryat the Institute of sanitary engineering University Kassel from 1986-1988, thenhe continued his research and finished his PhD in technical chemistry atUniversity Kassel. In 1996 he became Professor for Hydro and Waste Chemistry atthe Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal (FH). He spent one year in 2002 as a visitingprofessor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 2003, Heobtained Venia legendi for “Chemical and biological reaction processes”. Since2005, he came to Research laboratory for Water Quality Control at TU München.Since 2012, he was appointed professor and head of chair for Water Chemistryand Water Technology at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. His researchinterests cover a broad range of water quality, water treatment, biofilmsystems and biofilm modeling, and membrane systems.
